The Smart Key for my Speech Exec Transcribe 5.0 was damaged (bent). Can it be replaced or repaired?

You have two possibilities to overcome this issue:
Contact the support team using the Philips website. If you have paid updates or upgrades, I believe you are entitled to service repair or replacing, but this can be decided upon contact.
Gently, bring the device to its correct form, and plug it to your computer. If it's recognizable, leave it installed and it should work.
I would like to use this software with M4A files. Is that possible or do I need to convert the files first?
